甘肃崆峒山不同海拔辽东栎叶特性研究#

摘要:通过对甘肃崆峒山不同海拔尺度上的辽东栎Quercus liaotungensis Koidz.叶片比
叶面积、气孔长度、气孔密度和毛基密度进行测定来探索海拔变化对崆峒山辽东栎生理形态
的影响以及叶片解剖学特性对海拔梯度的适应性,从而为选择化石植物重建古环境提供依
据。数据分析显示比叶面积、气孔密度和气孔长度随海拔的升高呈现曲线变化。其中比叶面
积、气孔长度先增大后减小,气孔密度先减小后增大,毛基密度总体上呈增大趋势,而上述
指标均在 1935 m 处呈现出显著转变。此结果表明海拔 1935m 左右是该研究区辽东栎的最佳
生长区域。

Abstract:
Leaves of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz. collected from different altitudes of Kongtong
mountains were examined and analyzedSpecific leaf area, stomatal density, stomatal length and
trichome base density of Quercus liaotungensis Koidz. at different altitudes are determined to
explore its altitude adaptation and provide the basis for paleoenvironmental reconstruction. The

result shows that: Specific leaf area SLA, stomatal density SD, stomatal length SL and leaf
area LA were non-linear with increasing altitude, Below 1935 m, SLA and LA increased with
increasing altitude, whereas SD decreased significantly. In contrast, when altitude was above 1935
m, these traits had reverse patterns. However, trichome base density revea
